You have a number of rights over your data:
- you have the right to be properly informed: we need to tell you what we’re using the data for
- you have the right to know what information we hold on you: if you want to do this you’ll need to tell us when and where we met you
- you have the right to be ‘forgotten’: if you desire, we have to delete (nearly) all the data we have on you, however there is some data that we are required to hold onto, including your name and contact details (for a year) and your name and signature if you received an incentive (to prove to HMRC that we gave money to you and didn’t just spend it ourselves.)
- you have the right to have us transfer your data to another company (but we’re not sure that any market research respondent would ever want to.)
