Sue Riley

Over the past 20 years Sue has worked as a planner and researcher in a variety of roles and in that time she has talked to many thousands of consumers. She has worked across a mix of large marketing consultancies and think-tanks, and smaller brand consultancies and strategic planning agencies.

Her curiosity about what makes people tick inspired her to do her first degree in psychology. She has an uncanny knack of getting people to open up and talk to her. This is a blessing when she moderates groups and a curse when she gets into a taxi. She also has an MBA specialising in marketing, so she knows the theory, but most enjoys getting out there talking to real people.
