Karen Elton
Karen has over 20 years of market research experience in agencies such as BMRB and TNS, as head of research at strategic marketing consultancy The Henley Centre and most recently as Director of Research at Experian Future Foundation. With a depth of practical experience in both qualitative and quantitative techniques, and a real desire to enable clients to obtain actionable insights, Karen is skilled in taking projects through from conception to completion. Recent experience as the architect of Future Foundations consortia research programme involved directing complex multi-methodology, multi-client projects on topics as broad as consumer responses to Climate Change, Choice in Financial Services and the Future of Entertainment in Europe. Clients included organisations such as BT, Royal Mail, Sony, Carbon Trust, and Virgin Trains. Karen is well known for her use of innovative research methods and in combining qualitative and quantitative
 research techniques. Karen is a Full Member of the Market Research Society and has a degree in 
Geography from Oxford University.
